<span lang="EN-US">Currently, images are very important with the rapid growth of communication networks. Therefore, image encryption is a process to provide security for private information and prevent unwanted access sensitive data by unauthorized individuals. Chaos systems an role key generation, high randomization properties accurate performance. In this study, new four-dimensional hyper-chaotic system has been suggested that used in keys which utilized achieve permutation substitution operations. Firstly, color bands permuted using index chaotic sequences remove correlation among neighboring pixels. Secondly, dynamic S-boxes principle substitution, diffuse pixel values image. The efficiency proposed method tested space, histogram, so on. Security analysis shows encrypting secure resistant different attacks. It contains big space (2627) sensitivity slight change secret key, fairly uniform entropy nearby best value 8. Moreover, it consumes short time decryption.</span>
